Silvally's Type-Changing Mechanic

Silvally can change its elemental typing by holding different gems. This allows you to adapt its type coverage to counter specific opponents or complete your team's type balance.

Equipping Gems

Obtain gems from mining, crafting, or other sources in your world. Give a gem to your Silvally to hold—you can do this through your Pokémon's item slot or inventory interface. Once equipped, Silvally's typing will immediately shift to match the gem's element.

Swap gems freely to experiment with different types. Fire gems make Silvally Fire-type, Water gems make it Water-type, and so on. This flexibility means a single Silvally can serve multiple roles depending on what you need.

Team Building Strategy

Use Silvally's adaptability to fill type gaps in your team. If you need Electric coverage, equip an Electric gem. Facing a team weak to Dragon moves? Switch to a Dragon gem. This makes Silvally one of the most versatile Pokémon in your roster, capable of handling diverse threats without needing multiple team members.
