Locating Shearable Pokémon

When your hunger bar is low and you're far from base, shearable Pokémon can provide quick sustenance. Search for Slowpoke, Paras, Farfetch'd, Chansey, Tropius, Clauncher, Crabrawler, Fidough, or Cottonee in their natural biomes. These species spawn in the world like normal Cobblemon creatures.

Harvesting Food Drops

1. Craft or find a pair of shears

2. Equip the shears in your main hand

3. Approach a supported Pokémon species

4. Right-click the Pokémon with shears equipped

5. Food items and ingredients will drop to the ground

6. Collect the items into your inventory

7. Consume immediately for hunger restoration or save for cooking

Each Pokémon species yields different food types suited to their nature—expect varied drops depending on which creature you shear. The Pokémon's visual model will change after shearing, indicating the action was successful. You can continue exploring and gathering from multiple creatures during a single expedition.
