What This Mod Changes

Land Ahoy Mod refreshes Overworld biomes with new vegetation placement, adjusted colors, and dangerous mob variants. When you load a world, you'll notice trees like cherry and mangrove trees now grow in unexpected biomes, grass colors shift to match regional climates, and flowers cluster by type rather than randomly.

Snowy biomes gain dry grass tufts over snow blocks, while rivers and swamp edges smooth out with mud blocks. Sky colors warm up in deserts and cool down in frozen areas. Firefly bushes scatter across open terrain instead of clustering near water.

Mob encounters change too—skeleton variants like Bogged and Strays patrol dark forests and jungles, and zombie villagers spawn more often in their original biomes. Simply install and generate or explore new chunks to see these changes take effect.
