Identifying Missing Textures

If certain menus still appear bright or show missing textures:

1. Check that K's DARK GUI is enabled in your Resource Packs menu

2. Verify it's loaded after conflicting packs

3. Press F3 + T to reload all resources

4. Test specific blocks: open a chest, furnace, crafting table, and enchanting table

Common Issues

Bright menus in modded blocks: The mod may not have dark GUI support included. You'll need to add textures manually or find a community patch.

Partial styling (some slots dark, others bright): Resource pack files may be incomplete or corrupted. Delete and reinstall K's DARK GUI.

Text is hard to read: This is intentional design, but you can edit text color values in texture files if needed.

Verification Steps

• Ensure your .minecraft/resourcepacks/ folder contains the pack
• Check that no other packs are overriding it
• Try disabling all other packs temporarily
• Restart Minecraft if changes don't apply after reloading
