Adjust Color Balance and Saturation
Access Shader Settings
Open the Iris shader configuration menu while in-game by pressing the key bound to shader options (default varies by launcher). Select Kolor Shaders from the active shader list to view its settings panel.
Modify Color and Brightness
Look for sliders controlling saturation, vibrancy, and overall color tone. Increase saturation to make biome colors pop more vividly—greens become richer in forests, sand glows warmer in deserts. Decrease it for a more muted, realistic appearance.
Adjust brightness or exposure sliders to control how light or dark your world appears overall. This is useful if you find the shader too washed out on your monitor or too dim in bright rooms.
Fine-Tune Specific Times of Day
Many shader packs include separate controls for sunrise, noon, sunset, and night tones. Experiment with warm/cool color shifts for each period. Warmer tones during sunrise create a golden glow; cooler tones at night enhance the dark sky.
Save and Test
Apply changes and load into a world with varied biomes. Spend time in different lighting conditions to confirm the colors feel right for your preference.
