Locating the Sample Town

Leave the main showroom and travel to the small test town built within the map. This area contains complete houses and structures made from various building blocks in their actual architectural context.

Inspecting Blocks in Context

1. Walk through the town and observe how blocks interact with each other in real buildings

2. Look at roofs, walls, floors, and decorative details to see how your resource pack handles block combinations

3. Check how blocks blend across different materials—wood against stone, glass in windows, stairs and slabs in construction

4. Notice lighting effects on blocks in both daylight and shadow

5. Take screenshots of building sections that represent your pack's intended style

Testing Specific Building Scenarios

The town includes various structure types: residential houses, larger buildings, and outdoor features. Use these to test whether your textures work well for the kind of builds you create. Pay special attention to corners, transitions between materials, and how repeating textures appear across large surfaces.
