How to Obtain Jerry Gem, Slime Shard and Captain Of Light

Smelting Recipes

The mod includes two smelting recipes. Use a furnace, blast furnace or smoker and place the input in the top slot with fuel below.

• Smelt the first recipe input to produce Jerry Gem.
• Smelt the second recipe input to produce Slime Shard.

These two materials are the backbone of every other recipe in the mod. Jerry Gem feeds all Jerry tools and armor; Slime Shard feeds all Slime tools and armor. Stockpile both before you start crafting gear.

Captain Of Light

Captain Of Light is a registry item in the mod. It is not produced by the smelting recipes above, so treat it as a separate objective from the Jerry Gem and Slime Shard line. Keep it in your inventory or a chest rather than using it as crafting material for tools or armor.

Progression Order

1. Fuel a furnace and smelt inputs into Jerry Gem and Slime Shard.

2. Craft Jerry tools and armor from Jerry Gem.

3. Craft Slime tools and armor from Slime Shard.

4. Obtain Captain Of Light separately.

This order keeps you supplied with both material tiers before you commit gems to a full gear set.
