Recipe Won't Produce a Tank

If your crafting grid refuses to output a Liquid Tank, the cause is almost always the ingredient set, not the layout. Fifteen of the mod's recipes are shapeless, so position is irrelevant for those — only the exact combination of items matters. Double-check that you are using the precise items the recipe expects and that you have not substituted a similar-looking block.

Remove one item at a time and test the remaining set. Shapeless recipes fail silently when even a single ingredient is wrong, so isolating the bad item is the fastest fix.

When to Try a Shaped Layout

The mod includes exactly one shaped recipe. If every shapeless combination you try fails, the recipe you are aiming for may be that shaped one. In that case, arrange the same items in a fixed pattern — a row, a column, or a symmetrical shape — and check the output slot after each change.

General Checks

• Confirm you are using a crafting table, not the 2x2 inventory grid, if the recipe needs more than four items.
• Make sure every ingredient stack is the correct item, not a damaged or renamed variant.
• Empty the grid completely between attempts so leftover items do not pollute the recipe.

Once a combination works, write down the exact items. Since the recipe is shapeless, you can then reproduce it in any slot order.
