How to Craft a Liquid Tank in the ITank Mod

Gather the Ingredients

A Liquid Tank is the only block in the ITank Mod, so every recipe in the mod ultimately feeds into making one. The mod registers fifteen shapeless recipes and one shaped recipe, meaning almost all crafting is done by dropping ingredients into a crafting grid in any arrangement rather than matching a pattern.

Collect the base materials you have on hand and try combining them in the crafting grid. Because the recipes are shapeless, the position of each ingredient does not matter — only the set of items you place. If a combination does not produce a Liquid Tank, remove one item and substitute another.

Crafting the Tank

Place your candidate ingredients anywhere in the 3x3 crafting grid. Shapeless recipes will output a Liquid Tank as long as the exact set of items matches. The single shaped recipe in the mod requires a specific arrangement, so if a shapeless attempt fails, try laying the same items out in a deliberate pattern.

Once the Liquid Tank appears in the output slot, drag it into your inventory. You now have the block needed for storing and moving liquids. If you want more than one, repeat the same recipe — the ingredients are consumed each time, so keep a stock of the base materials on hand before starting a batch.
