How to Craft and Use the Inventory Furnace Generator

Crafting the Generator

The Inventory Furnace Generator is the entry point for turning stored items into power. Its recipe is a shaped crafting recipe, so arrange the ingredients in a fixed pattern on a crafting table rather than placing them loosely. Once crafted, place the block down like any other generator.

Feeding It and Upgrading

Open the generator's interface and insert fuel items directly into its inventory slots. It burns what you give it and produces energy. To improve throughput, add a Speed Upgrade to a free upgrade slot — this increases how fast the generator processes fuel. If you want the generator to keep pulling items automatically from an adjacent container, install an Auto Pull Upgrade instead.

If you need to stop a side effect from a generator, place a No Effect Upgrade in an upgrade slot. This is useful when a generator's normal behavior interferes with your setup.

Progression Logic

Start with the Inventory Furnace Generator to establish baseline power. As your storage grows, move up to generators that consume more valuable items, such as the Inventory Culinary Generator, Inventory Survivalist Generator, or the higher-tier Inventory Overclocked Generator and Inventory Nether Star Generator. Each tier trades rarer fuel for greater output, so match the generator to the items you can reliably supply.
