Using the Squeezer and Mechanical Squeezer

What the Squeezer does

The Squeezer presses input items into liquid or output items. Place a Squeezer and open it. Put the input in the input slot and supply a container if the output is a fluid. Menril Berries and Menril Resin are the main inputs you will process here.

Automate with the Mechanical Squeezer

The Mechanical Squeezer does the same job but runs on energy. Connect it to an Energy Battery or Creative Energy Battery and feed it items with a hopper or pipe. It will keep squeezing as long as it has power and input.

Squeezer not working — common causes

• No energy: the Mechanical Squeezer needs a charged Energy Battery nearby or connected.
• Wrong input: only valid items produce output. Check that you are feeding Menril Berries or Menril Resin.
• Full output: if the output slot or fluid tank is full, the machine stops. Empty it.
• No container: fluid outputs need a bucket or tank to go into.

Outputs

Squeezing Menril Berries yields Menril Resin and Liquid Chorus in some recipes. Liquid Chorus can be collected in a Liquid Chorus Bucket. Menril Resin can be dried in a Drying Basin or Mechanical Drying Basin into Crystallized Menril Chunk.

Power

Keep an Energy Battery charged by a Generator. The Generator produces energy from fuel; the Energy Battery stores it for the Mechanical Squeezer and Mechanical Drying Basin.
