Building the Glowlight Set

Glowlight blocks are your light sources for dark builds. The core pieces are Glowlight Torch, Glowlight Lantern, Glowlight Campfire, Glowlight Glass, and Glowlight Glass Pane.

Glowlight Torch is the basic handheld light. Glowlight Lantern hangs from ceilings and chains like a standard lantern. Glowlight Campfire is a placed light and cooking station. Glowlight Glass and Glowlight Glass Pane are translucent light-emitting building blocks for windows and lamps.

Glowstone Brick Variants

Glowstone Bricks extend the glow theme into full building sets. From Glowstone Bricks you can craft:

• Glowstone Brick Stairs
• Glowstone Brick Wall
• Glowstone Brick Vertical Slab
• Chiseled Glowstone Bricks
• Cracked Glowstone Bricks

Use a stonecutter on Glowstone Bricks for slabs, stairs, walls, and vertical slabs. Chiseled Glowstone Bricks add a patterned face for feature walls. Cracked Glowstone Bricks give an aged variant.

Where to Place Them

Use Glowlight Torch and Glowlight Lantern for general lighting. Line paths with Glowlight Campfire for ambient light and cooking. Build lamp posts from Glowstone Bricks and cap them with Glowlight Glass. Glowlight Glass Pane works well in windows where you want light without a full block.
