The Three Brick Families

Dimstone, Dullstone, and Shimmer Stone each have a full brick set:

• Chiseled Dimstone Brick, Chiseled Dullstone Brick, Chiseled Shimmer Stone Brick
• Cracked Dimstone Bricks, Cracked Dullstone Bricks, Cracked Shimmer Stone Bricks

Stonecutting Each Family

Run Dimstone Bricks, Dullstone Bricks, and Shimmer Stone Bricks through a stonecutter to produce their slabs, stairs, walls, and vertical slabs. Chiseled variants are separate carved blocks. Cracked variants are the weathered versions.

Using Dullrocks and Dullthorns

Dullrocks and Dullthorns are related decorative blocks. Dullthorns Block is the full-block form of Dullthorns. Use Dullrocks as ground cover or scattered detail. Use Dullthorns and Dullthorns Block as spiky accents along walls or as barriers.

Mixing the Families

Combine Dimstone, Dullstone, and Shimmer Stone bricks in one build to create tonal variation. Use plain bricks for mass, chiseled for accents, and cracked for age. Shimmer Stone reads brighter, so reserve it for highlights.
