Mob Farming with the Mob Crusher and Mob Duplicator

Mob Crusher kills mobs and collects drops; Mob Duplicator spawns copies of a captured mob. Together they form a self-sustaining farm.

Capturing and Duplicating

Use a Mob Detector to detect mobs in an area. Capture a mob's essence with a Mob Imprisonment Tool, then load it into the Mob Duplicator. The duplicator needs Essence Bucket fluid and power to spawn copies. Feed Essence from a Mob Slaughter Factory or from your own essence supply.

Killing and Collecting

Place the Mob Crusher where the duplicated mobs land. It kills them and outputs drops into its inventory. Pipe drops out with an Item Transporter into chests or into a processing chain. Add a Mob Slaughter Factory if you want Liquid Meat Bucket and Essence Bucket as byproducts.

Sorting Babies and Adults

Insert an Adult Filter into the Mob Crusher or a Animal Baby Separator so baby mobs are not killed before they grow. Use an Animal Grower to speed maturation, and an Animal Feeder to keep them fed. This keeps a steady adult population flowing into the crusher.
