How to Craft and Use the Crafting Station

The Crafting Station is a full crafting surface you place in the world. Once placed, interacting with it opens a crafting interface so you can build recipes directly from the block instead of carrying a Crafting Table.

Crafting the Crafting Station

Combine a Crafting Table with the materials for a Crafting Station in a crafting grid to produce the Crafting Station block. The recipe is a shaped recipe, so arrange the ingredients in the pattern the recipe shows. If you already have a Crafting Table, you are most of the way there.

Using It

1. Place the Crafting Station on any solid surface.

2. Interact with it to open the crafting grid.

3. Move items from your inventory into the grid and take the result.

4. Break the station with any tool to pick it back up and relocate it.

Because it is a placed block, you can keep one at a base or outpost and craft without a portable table. Pair it with a Crafting Station Slab when you want the same crafting function in a half-height footprint, useful for tight builds or decorative floors.
