How to Craft Every Hook in Hooked Mod

Start With the Wooden Hook

All six hooks come from crafting_shaped recipes, so every one is made at a normal crafting table. Begin with the Wooden Hook: it is the entry point of the progression and the cheapest to produce. Place planks and sticks in the grid in the hook shape to get your first Wooden Hook, then use it to gather the materials the stronger hooks demand.

Upgrade Path

Once you have the Wooden Hook, work upward through the tiers:

• Iron Hook — smelt iron ore into ingots, then combine them with sticks at the crafting table.
• Diamond Hook — requires diamonds, so bring your Iron Hook mining first.
• Redstone Hook — built around redstone dust combined with the hook components.
• Ender Hook — the top tier, using ender pearls in the shaped recipe.
• Custom Hook — a shaped recipe you assemble yourself from the materials you have on hand.

Keep one of each tier you craft. The shaped recipes all follow the same hook silhouette, so once you have memorised the Wooden Hook layout you can slot in the new material in place of the planks. Gather in bulk before you sit down at the table — running back for one missing ingot mid-craft wastes more time than mining a full stack up front.
