Enable Water Reflections

Access Shader Settings

Open your in-game settings menu and navigate to the shader options panel. Look for the graphics or shader configuration section—this is where all visual toggles live.

Locate Reflection Options

Find the water reflection or reflection quality setting. HighFramesExtra Shaders includes a dedicated toggle for water surface reflections. This option is typically grouped with other water-related visual settings.

Activate Reflections

Enable the water reflection option. Once activated, water surfaces will display clean reflections of the sky, terrain, and nearby objects. The reflections maintain the vanilla aesthetic while adding visual depth without impacting frame rate.

Verify Performance

After enabling reflections, check your frame counter (F3 on most setups) to confirm your FPS remains stable. HighFramesExtra Shaders is optimized to keep reflections lightweight, so you should see minimal performance impact even on older hardware.

Fine-tune if Needed

If your system has additional reflection quality sliders, adjust them based on your hardware. Lower-end computers can use minimal reflection settings while still enjoying the visual upgrade.
