How to Craft Every Firearm at the Gun Table

The Gun Table Is the Only Firearm Station

Every gun in the mod is crafted at the Gun Table using hwg:gun_table recipes. There is no firearm recipe at a normal crafting table. Place the Gun Table, interact with it, and the recipe list opens. With 34 recipes in the table, work through them in a fixed order so you always know your next upgrade.

Firearm Progression Order

Start with the Pistol, then the Luger, then the Silenced Pistol. These share Bullet ammunition and cover your basic ranged needs. Move to the SMG and Tommy Gun for higher fire rate, then the AK-47 as your main rifle. The Shotgun is a separate branch and uses Shotgun Shells, so craft it when you want close-range stopping power. The sniper line uses Sniper Rounds and is the long-range option. Rockets are the heaviest ammunition and pair with the rocket-firing weapon in the table.

Keep Ammo and the Table Together

Each gun only works with its matching ammo: Bullets for pistols, SMG, Tommy Gun, and AK-47; Shotgun Shells for the Shotgun; Sniper Rounds for the sniper; Rockets for rocket fire. Build your Gun Table next to your ammo chests so you can craft a gun and immediately load it. The Fuel Tank is a separate block and is not part of the gun-table recipe list, so build it on its own when you need it.
