Search Items by Typing Latin Characters Instead of Korean
Finding Korean Items Without Language Switching
Instead of switching your keyboard input method to Korean, you can search for Korean item names using standard Latin (English) characters.
How It Works
1. Open creative inventory or any searchable item list
2. Click the search bar
3. Type the Latin keyboard equivalent or phonetic spelling of the Korean item name
4. Matching items appear in the results
For instance, if an item's Korean name sounds like "dae-mun-d" when spoken, typing those Latin letters will find it without needing to activate Korean input mode.
When to Use This
This is most useful when:
- Your keyboard is set to English/Latin input
- You want to avoid the friction of switching input methods
- You're playing with a Korean resource pack but prefer English typing
- You're learning Korean item names and want to search phonetically
The mod intelligently matches your Latin input against Korean item names, so you get relevant results even if your spelling isn't perfect.
