Find Specific Items Stored in Shulker Boxes Without Opening Them

Preview Contents by Hovering

Instead of placing shulker boxes on the ground to open them, simply hover your mouse cursor over any shulker box in your inventory. A grid preview appears showing all items stored inside, letting you see exactly what's there without any placement or delay.

Navigate and Extract Items

Use your mouse scroll wheel to cycle through the items displayed in the preview grid. When you find what you need, right-click on that specific item slot to pull it directly into your hand. This works even while the box remains in your inventory.

Use Compact Mode for Quick Checks

If you're carrying many different item types and want a faster overview, hold Shift while hovering over the shulker box. Compact mode displays a condensed summary showing each unique item type with its total count across all slots. Large numbers are abbreviated for quick reading. This is especially helpful when you have many partial stacks of the same item and need to know your total quantity at a glance before deciding whether to grab more.
