Why You Need a Bullet Bag

Once you are carrying more than one type of round, your inventory fills up fast. The Bullet Bag is made with a crafting recipe and gives you a dedicated place to store your ammunition. Craft one early and keep it in your inventory whenever you leave your base.

Crafting Every Bullet Type

All bullets use shapeless recipes, meaning the ingredients can go in any arrangement on the crafting grid. The full list of rounds you can make:

• Iron Bullet — your standard round, cheapest to produce
• Flint Bullet — a low-cost alternative
• Amethyst Bullet — uses amethyst
• Prismarine Bullet — uses prismarine
• Blaze Bullet — uses blaze materials
• Chorus Fruit Bullet — uses chorus fruit
• Explosive Bullet — for area damage

Because the recipes are shapeless, you can craft them in the 2x2 grid in your inventory as long as you have enough slots — otherwise use a crafting table.

Stocking Up Before a Fight

Craft bullets in large batches. A single stack of Iron Bullet will not last long with a Diamond Gatling. Bring at least two or three stacks of your primary round plus a smaller supply of specialty rounds for emergencies. Store the extras in your Bullet Bag so your hotbar stays clear for the gun itself.
