Crafting Specialty Bullets: Blaze, Prismarine, Chorus Fruit, and Explosive

Elemental and Utility Rounds

Beyond Flint and Iron Bullets, four specialty rounds exist: Blaze Bullet, Prismarine Bullet, Chorus Fruit Bullet, and Explosive Bullet. Each is made with its own recipe using the named material as the core ingredient, plus a propellant and casing.

What Each Round Does

Blaze Bullets apply fire on hit — good against mobs that are not fire-immune and for lighting distant targets. Prismarine Bullets are your aquatic and general-purpose upgrade, useful when fighting in or near water. Chorus Fruit Bullets teleport the target on impact, which is a niche tool for repositioning mobs or escaping a chase. Explosive Bullets detonate on impact, damaging an area and breaking blocks — do not fire them indoors unless you want a new door.

Managing Specialty Ammo

These rounds are expensive, so do not spam them. Keep a Bullet Bag dedicated to specialty rounds and a separate bag for cheap Flint Bullets. Swap bags based on the situation: Flint for general exploration, Blaze or Prismarine for real fights, Explosive for demolition or clearing groups. Craft in small batches — the ingredients are rare enough that wasting a stack hurts.
