How to View Lost Items

When you die, the mod automatically records everything in your inventory at that moment. To review what you dropped, open your player inventory menu and select the death checklist button. This displays a complete list of all items left behind, including armor pieces, weapons, and tools.

The checklist also shows your death coordinates, making it easy to plan a rescue trip. You can see at a glance which items are worth retrieving and which aren't. The mod doesn't change standard death mechanics—items still drop and despawn normally—it simply gives you a clear record so you're not left guessing what you lost.
