How to Use Stonecutting for Slabs, Stairs and Walls

What the Stonecutter Covers

The mod includes stonecutting recipes for its stone families. Put the base block in a stonecutter to get the cut variants directly, without crafting each shape by hand.

Delusion Stone Family

Delusion Cobblestone cuts into Delusion Cobblestone Slab, Delusion Cobblestone Stairs, and Delusion Cobblestone Wall. Delusion Stone cuts into Delusion Stone Slab and Delusion Stone Stairs. Delusion Stone Bricks cuts into Delusion Stone Brick Slab, Delusion Stone Brick Stairs, and Delusion Stone Brick Wall. Run each base block through the stonecutter separately — cobblestone, smooth stone, and bricks each produce their own set.

Wood Families

Blood Planks, Candycloud Planks, Dead Planks, and Dream Planks each have matching Stairs and Slab blocks. If a stonecutter recipe is not available for a wood variant, craft the stairs and slab from planks in the crafting grid instead.

Plan Your Cuts

Decide the block count you need before cutting. Slabs consume one base block per two slabs, stairs consume one base block per set, and walls follow their own ratio. Bring a full stack of the base block to the stonecutter so you do not have to make multiple trips.

Match Sets

Keep the tier consistent within a single structure. Cobblestone for foundations, smooth stone for walls, and stone bricks for detail work reads cleanly. Mixing tiers in one wall looks unintentional unless you are deliberately banding them.
