How to Fight the Mod's Mobs and Use Spawn Eggs

Spawning Mobs for Practice

The mod provides Spawn Eggs for Garch, Gob, Gobber, Goblin King, Goblo, Goom, Hobgob, Mimic, and Ogre. Use a Spawn Egg on a block to place that mob. Build a walled arena of Scoria Bricks with a Scoria Pavement floor, then use the Spawn Eggs one at a time to practice against each mob before you meet them in a dungeon.

Preparing Your Gear

Bring a Magic Staff with a supply of Goblin Soul Bullets for ranged damage. Wear a Ring of Health for tougher fights and a Ring of Stealth when you want to approach a mob without being noticed. Keep a Ring of Experience equipped while you fight so the kills contribute to leveling. For the Goblin King, treat it as a boss encounter: clear the arena of other mobs first, keep your distance, and fire Goblin Soul Bullets between retreats.

Drops and Rewards

Ogres drop Ogre Tusk, and Goblin Eyes come from the goblin-type mobs. Collect these drops as you fight. The Goblin Crown is a notable reward associated with the Goblin King. Store Ogre Tusk, Goblin Eye, and Goblin Crown in a dedicated chest so you can find them when a recipe or trade calls for them.
