How to Use the Goblin Spawnpoint Block

Placing the Goblin Spawnpoint

The Goblin Spawnpoint is the only block in the mod. Place it on the ground where you want goblins to appear. It acts as a fixed spawn location, so you can build a farm or arena around it instead of chasing goblins across the world.

Controlling What Spawns

The Goblin Spawnpoint does not choose the goblin type for you. To control which goblin appears, use the matching spawn egg near or on the spawnpoint. The available spawn eggs are: Goblin Archer Spawn Egg, Goblin Bomber Spawn Egg, Goblin Hunter Spawn Egg, Goblin Lumberjack Spawn Egg, Goblin Miner Spawn Egg, Goblin Warrior Spawn Egg, Goblin Villager Spawn Egg, Goblin Wandering Trader Spawn Egg, Wild Goblin Spawn Egg, and Zombie Goblin Spawn Egg.

Build walls or a pit around the Goblin Spawnpoint before you start spawning. Goblin Bombers and Goblin Warriors will destroy or overwhelm an open setup. Once contained, kill the goblins for Goblin Meat, then smelt or smoke it into Goblin Steak. Zombie Goblins drop Rotten Goblin Meat instead, which you should cook before eating. A Goblin Pickaxe or Goblin Axe makes short work of the weaker goblins while you farm.
