How to Farm Goblin Drops with Spawn Eggs

Pick Your Goblin

Every goblin in the mod has a spawn egg: Goblin Archer Spawn Egg, Goblin Bomber Spawn Egg, Goblin Hunter Spawn Egg, Goblin Lumberjack Spawn Egg, Goblin Miner Spawn Egg, Goblin Warrior Spawn Egg, Goblin Villager Spawn Egg, Goblin Wandering Trader Spawn Egg, Wild Goblin Spawn Egg, and Zombie Goblin Spawn Egg. Use the egg to place the goblin you want to farm.

Set Up a Kill Zone

Dig a pit or wall off a small area, then place a Goblin Spawnpoint inside it. Spawn your chosen goblin with its egg on or near the spawnpoint. Kill it and collect the drops. Standard goblins drop Goblin Meat; Zombie Goblins drop Rotten Goblin Meat.

Process the Drops

Smelt Goblin Meat in a furnace to get Goblin Steak, or use a smoker for a faster result. The same smelting and smoking recipes apply to Rotten Goblin Meat if you want to make it safe to eat.

Gear to Bring

Use a Goblin Knife or Goblin Axe for melee kills. A Goblin Bow lets you kill goblins from outside the pit, which is safer against Goblin Bombers and Goblin Warriors. A Goblin Pickaxe helps if you need to break blocks around the farm. Keep the farm small so goblins cannot escape and so you can reach the drops quickly.
