Which Station to Use

Three cooking recipe types exist in the mod: smelting, smoking, and campfire_cooking. Use a furnace for smelting, a smoker for smoking, and a campfire for campfire_cooking. Smoking is the fastest of the three, so use a smoker when you have a large stack.

Known Cooked Results

Several fish have cooked forms you can produce at these stations. Baked Carrot Carp comes from Carrot Carp. Baked Endfish comes from Endfish. Baked Seaweed comes from Seaweed. Grilled Blackstone Trout comes from Blackstone Trout. Smoked Cloudy Crab comes from Cloudy Crab. Steamed Bass comes from Bass. Smokey Salmon comes from a salmon catch. Endfish n' Chorus is a combined dish built from Endfish and Chorus Cod.

Cook your fish before eating them. Raw fish restore less, and the cooked versions are the ones worth carrying into combat or long mining trips. Set up one furnace, one smoker, and one campfire at your base so you can route each fish to the right station without thinking about it. Smoke the bulk, smelt the rest, and use the campfire for anything you want to cook while you are already standing near it.
