Crafting Merialces Hide Armor

Collecting the Hide

Merialces Hide armor is made from Merialces Hide, obtained from the Merialces creatures of the Glacidus dimension. Hunt enough to cover the four armor slots: Merialces Hide Helmet, Merialces Hide Chestplate, Merialces Hide Leggings, and Merialces Hide Boots. Bring the hide back to a crafting table before it stacks up in your inventory.

Crafting the Four Pieces

At a crafting table, arrange Merialces Hide in the standard armor patterns. The helmet uses the top-row shape, the chestplate the full body shape, the leggings the two-column shape, and the boots the bottom-row shape. Craft the Merialces Hide Chestplate and Merialces Hide Leggings first if hide is limited, since those cover the most damage.

Using the Set

Merialces Hide armor is a lighter option than Glacidite armor, so it suits exploration and travel where you want to move quickly. Pair it with an Eukeite Spear or Glacidite Sword for defense while hunting more Merialces. Store a spare set in an Underground Chest at your base so you can swap in fresh pieces after a fight. Replace damaged slots promptly rather than letting them break mid-expedition.
