Crafting Formal and Royal Hats: Top Hat, Crown, and Fez

For a formal look, the mod offers Top Hat, Tip-Top Top Hat, The Fez, Bowler Hat, and Crown. These are individual items, each with its own recipe. The Top Hat and Tip-Top Top Hat are the tall formal options, The Fez is the short cylindrical red hat, the Bowler Hat is the rounded formal style, and the Crown is the royal headpiece.

Crafting Order

1. Pick your target hat from the list above.

2. Gather its materials. Formal hats generally use fabric-type materials such as wool or leather, while the Crown uses precious metal and possibly a gem.

3. Craft the hat at a crafting table.

4. Equip it in the hat slot.

Building a Set

Since each hat is a separate item, you can craft the full formal lineup and store them for different occasions. The Crown pairs well with the royal and medieval hats like the Dwarven Helm and Viking helmet if you are assembling a themed wardrobe. The Fez and Bowler Hat give two distinct silhouettes for roleplay or server events. All of them occupy the hat slot only, leaving your armor untouched.
