How to Make Gilded Netherite Armor

Gilded Netherite armor is the Netherite tier of the Gilded set. You convert plain Netherite armor pieces into their Gilded versions using a smithing table.

Required Items

For each piece you want to gild, gather:

• The matching Netherite armor piece (Gilded Netherite Helmet needs a Netherite Helmet, and so on for the Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots)
• One Gilding Upgrade

Using the Smithing Table

Place the Netherite armor piece in the smithing table's base slot and the Gilding Upgrade in the upgrade slot. The smithing_transform recipe outputs the matching Gilded Netherite piece: Gilded Netherite Helmet, Gilded Netherite Chestplate, Gilded Netherite Leggings, or Gilded Netherite Boots.

Repeat the process for each of the four armor slots. The Gilding Upgrade is consumed every time, so you need four upgrades for a full set. Do the helmet and chestplate first if you are short on upgrades, since those cover the most damage. Once all four pieces are gilded, wear the full set together.
