Keep Minecraft Visible While Using Other Applications
Problem
By default, Minecraft minimizes when you click another window, another monitor, or switch tabs. This interrupts gameplay and makes multitasking difficult.
Solution
The mod's focus-loss prevention feature keeps your game window visible even when you interact with other applications.
Steps
1. Open Minecraft and navigate to Options
2. Click the Fullscreen Settings button
3. Locate the Prevent native fullscreen minimization toggle
4. Enable this option
5. Apply your changes
Your game will now remain visible and playable in the background when you click other windows, check a second monitor, or open applications. This is especially useful for streamers, content creators, or anyone who needs to reference guides, chat, or other tools while playing.
Note
This feature works best with borderless fullscreen mode, which fills your active monitor without locking your cursor exclusively to the game window.
