Troubleshoot Currency Not Transferring

Check Account Selection

The most common issue: you didn't select an active account before placing the block. Visit an FSMM ATM, select your target account, then place a new shop block. Existing shops won't retroactively link to an account.

Verify Account Balance

1. Open an ATM and check the balance of the account linked to your shop

2. If the account has no funds and a player tries to buy, the transaction may fail

3. For selling, ensure the account has enough currency to pay the buyer

4. Admin shops with infinite stock bypass balance checks

Check Shop Configuration

• Sneak and right-click your shop block
• Confirm items and prices are actually set in the slots
• Empty slots won't appear to players
• Verify prices are reasonable (zero or negative prices may cause issues)

Permissions and Locks

If another player can't interact with your shop, the block may be locked to owner-only. Only the shop owner or designated operators can edit or use it. Ask the owner to unlock it or add you as an operator if needed.
