Use Hoppers for Automation

Shop blocks work with hopper systems to automatically stock and collect items. Place hoppers beneath or beside your shop block to create a storage pipeline.

Setup Steps

1. Position a hopper directly below your shop block (or use side connections)

2. Connect chests or other storage containers to the hopper chain

3. Items in connected storage can now be pulled into the shop's inventory

4. When players buy items, purchased goods flow into the hopper system

5. When players sell items, sold items move into your storage

Modded Pipes

If you have pipe mods installed, shop blocks typically support their networks too. Connect pipes the same way you would hoppers—the shop block acts as a normal inventory endpoint. This lets you create more complex distribution systems across your base or server market.

Note: Ensure your storage has enough space, or items may fail to transfer during trades.
