Using the Framed Blueprint to Plan Builds

What the Blueprint Does

The Framed Blueprint is your planning tool. It lets you lay out Framed blocks and shapes in the world without committing the final camo, so you can adjust geometry before decorating.

Workflow

1. Craft a Framed Blueprint.

2. Place Framed blocks (Framed Cube, Framed Slab, Framed Stairs, Framed Panel, and so on) in the arrangement you want.

3. Use the Blueprint to record or preview the layout.

4. Once the shape is correct, apply camo to each block with the Camo Applicator.

Because the Blueprint works with the same Framed blocks you place normally, you can mix shapes freely — a Framed Corner Slope next to a Framed Double Slope, a Framed Centered Panel inside a Framed Board, and so on.

When to Use It

Reach for the Blueprint on large facades, roofs, and curved walls where a wrong shape is expensive to fix later. It pairs naturally with the rotate_shape recipes: if a slope faces the wrong way, rotate it rather than replacing it. Keep a stack of Framed Cubes nearby so you can convert new shapes on demand while planning.
