Cut the Blocks

Ancient Stone Bricks, Ancient Stone Slab, Ancient Stone Stairs, and Ancient Stone Wall are all produced through stonecutting, which has 21 recipes in the mod. Take your ancient stone to a stonecutter and select the shape you need rather than crafting each variant by hand.

Ancient Wood Planks, Ancient Wood Slab, and Ancient Wood Stairs form the wood set. Craft planks from ancient logs first, then cut slabs and stairs from the planks.

Furnish the Build

Calamites and Cordaites each have a full wood family. For Calamites you can make Calamites Button, Calamites Door, Calamites Fence, Calamites Fence Gate, Calamites Pressure Plate, Calamites Trapdoor, Calamites Wood, Calamites Wood Planks, Calamites Wood Slab, and Calamites Wood Stairs. Cordaites mirrors this with Cordaites Button, Cordaites Door, Cordaites Fence, Cordaites Fence Gate, Cordaites Pressure Plate, Cordaites Trapdoor, Cordaites Wood, Cordaites Wood Planks, Cordaites Wood Slab, and Cordaites Wood Stairs. Plant Calamites Sapling and Cordaites Sapling to grow your own supply instead of scavenging.

For a themed interior, add a Comfy Bed, a Drum, and pottery such as a Cyan Amphora or Gray Kylix. Large Chain Fence works for enclosures around animals. Match stone walls to wood stairs for a consistent ruin look.
