The pizzeria layout is designed to trap you. Before moving through any hallway, listen carefully for animatronic sounds or footsteps. If you hear movement approaching, stop immediately and assess your options.

Use Doors as Your Defense

Doors are your primary survival tool. When you hear an animatronic getting close, quickly move to the nearest door and close it behind you. Closing a door will buy you time, but animatronics can break through if they reach it. Don't rely on doors alone—use them as a temporary barrier while you plan your next move.

Map Out Safe Routes

Spend your first shift learning the layout. Identify which hallways connect to which rooms and where doors are located. Some routes are safer than others depending on where animatronics are active. Avoid dead-end corridors where you have no escape route.

Listen for Audio Cues

Sound is your best warning system. Animatronics make distinct noises before they appear. The moment you hear them, move away from that direction. Keep your game volume at a comfortable level so you can hear these warnings clearly.
