Using the Flux Configurator and Admin Configurator

Flux Configurator basics

Hold the Flux Configurator and use it on a Flux Controller, Flux Plug, Flux Point, or storage block to view and change that block's network assignment. This is how you move an endpoint from one network to another without breaking and replacing it. The same tool lets you inspect a network's energy totals through the controller.

Wiping a configuration

If a block is stuck on the wrong network or you want to reset it, use the config wipe recipe. This clears the stored configuration so the block can be reassigned cleanly. Wipe a single block when only that endpoint is wrong, or wipe the controller when you want to rebuild the whole network from scratch.

Admin Configurator

Use the Admin Configurator when normal limits get in the way. It gives you direct control over network settings that the Flux Configurator does not expose, which is useful for very large networks or for testing. Keep it for setup and troubleshooting rather than everyday play, since it bypasses the usual restrictions.

Practical order of operations

Create the network on the Flux Controller, assign each Flux Plug and Flux Point with the Flux Configurator, add storage, then verify totals on the controller. If something is wrong, wipe that block's config and reassign it.
