Understanding Foney and Cent Denominations

The Two Currency Lines

Fex's Small Money uses two parallel currency lines: Foney and Cent. Each line runs through the same set of values, so you can hold 1 Foney, 2 Foney, 5 Foney, 10 Foney, 20 Foney, 50 Foney, 100 Foney, 200 Foney, 500 Foney, 1000 Foney, 2000 Foney, 5000 Foney, 10k Foney, 20k Foney, 50k Foney, 100k Foney, 200k Foney, and 500k Foney, plus the matching Cent items from 1 Cent up to 50 Cent.

Reading the Values

The naming is consistent: 10k Foney is ten thousand, 100k Foney is one hundred thousand, and 500k Foney is the largest note. The Cent line stops at 50 Cent, so treat Cent as the small-change currency and Foney as the main currency for larger sums.

Choosing What to Carry

For routine trading, carry 1 Foney, 2 Foney, 5 Foney, 10 Foney, and 20 Foney notes plus a few Cent items. For bulk storage, convert upward into 1000 Foney, 10k Foney, 100k Foney, or 500k Foney so a large balance fits in a handful of slots.

Converting Between Lines

Use the ATM | Automated Teller Machine or FSMM Mobile Banking to move value between denominations. Deposit what you have and withdraw the sizes you need. There is no need to carry every denomination at once — convert only when a trade requires a specific note.
