Fex's Small Money uses two currency families that scale together:

• Foney: 1 Foney, 2 Foney, 5 Foney, 10 Foney, 20 Foney, 50 Foney, 100 Foney, 200 Foney, 500 Foney, 1000 Foney, 2000 Foney, 5000 Foney, 10k Foney, 20k Foney, 50k Foney, 100k Foney, 200k Foney, 500k Foney

Each step follows the same 1-2-5 pattern, so you can always trade a handful of smaller pieces for the next size up.

Consolidating and Breaking Down

Use the ATM | Automated Teller Machine or FSMM Mobile Banking to convert between sizes. Deposit small denominations such as 1 Cent, 2 Cent, 5 Cent and withdraw the equivalent in Foney notes, or go the other way when you need exact change for a low-value trade. High-value notes like 100k Foney, 200k Foney, 500k Foney are best kept for large purchases; break them into 10k Foney, 20k Foney, 50k Foney or smaller before shopping so you can pay precise amounts. Keep a mix of Cent and low Foney pieces on hand for small transactions, and store surplus high notes in the ATM until you need them.
