Felsic Ingot to Felsic Block: Storage and Conversion Workflow

Why Convert to Felsic Block

Felsic Block is the only storage block in the mod, and it is crafted from Felsic Ingot. Keeping loose ingots in chests wastes slots once you have a surplus. Compress them into Felsic Block for tidy storage, then break the block back into ingots when a smithing recipe needs them.

Conversion Steps

1. Craft Felsic Ingot using the mod's shaped recipe at a crafting table.

2. Arrange Felsic Ingot in the crafting grid to produce Felsic Block.

3. Place Felsic Block in a chest or use it as a building material.

4. When you need ingots again, put Felsic Block back into the crafting grid to recover Felsic Ingot.

Feeding the Smithing Table

Every Felsic Axe, Felsic Hoe, Felsic Pickaxe, Felsic Shovel, Felsic Sword, Felsic Helmet, Felsic Chestplate, Felsic Leggings, and Felsic Boots is made with smithing_transform and consumes Felsic Ingot. Set up a small station: a crafting table for ingots and blocks, a smithing table beside it, and a chest of Felsic Block. Pull a block, convert it to ingots, and smith your next tool or armor piece without leaving the room.
