Installation and Basic Setup

FeatherLite Shaders is a lightweight shader pack designed to enhance your world's lighting and visuals without demanding high-end hardware. After installing the shader pack through your shader mod loader, you can enable it in your video settings.

The pack works best with vanilla Minecraft's default textures and art style. Once active, you'll notice improved sky rendering, more natural terrain illumination, and clearer overall visuals. The lighting system adds realistic shadows and brightness variation while maintaining the classic blocky aesthetic.

If you experience performance issues, try adjusting your render distance or graphics settings in Minecraft's options menu. FeatherLite is optimized to run smoothly on lower-end systems, so most setups should handle it without significant framerate loss.
