Design a Mixed-Stone Fence Border
Plan Your Layout
Decide which stone types and wood types you want to combine. The mod lets you mix different stone posts with different wooden crossbeams, so you can create visual variety along a single fence line without needing identical blocks.
Craft Multiple Variants
Make several batches of hybrid fences using different stone and wood combinations. For example, craft some cobblestone posts with oak beams, then mossy stone brick posts with dark oak beams. This gives you flexibility when placing.
Build Your Border
Place fences in a line, alternating between your crafted variants. The hybrid design naturally blends stone and wood aesthetics, so transitions between different combinations look intentional rather than mismatched.
Refine with Terrain
Use the natural landscape to your advantage. Place fences along grassy terrain, around farm edges, or across open fields. The stone posts anchor the design while wooden crossbeams add warmth, creating a balanced border that complements both natural and built environments.
