Flatten and Prepare Land for Building
Select a Flattening Brush
Choose a large, flat brush type—typically a square or rectangular shape works best for preparing building sites. Larger brush sizes let you cover significant areas quickly while maintaining consistent height.
Remove High Spots
Hold an arrow in your hand to delete blocks. Aim at elevated terrain and click to remove material. Use the brush to flatten peaks and ridges across your target area. The asynchronous processing means large removals won't stall the server, so you can work continuously.
Fill Low Areas
Switch to gunpowder to add blocks into valleys and depressions. Click to raise the ground level until the entire site reaches your desired height. Make multiple passes if needed to achieve a perfectly level surface.
Final Smoothing
Use a smaller brush with the arrow to remove any remaining bumps or irregularities. Switch to gunpowder for final touch-ups in low spots. Step back and view your work from different angles to ensure the surface is truly flat and ready for construction.
