Use the Pack on Multiplayer Servers

Install for Server Play

The Fake Hardcore Heart Resource Pack works on any multiplayer server, regardless of the server's difficulty setting.

1. Add the resource pack to your Minecraft resource packs folder

2. Activate it in Settings → Resource Packs

3. Join your server as normal

Your hearts will display in hardcore style for you, while other players see their normal hearts (unless they also have the pack installed).

What Other Players See

Other players on the server will not see your hardcore hearts—they'll see your normal health bar. Only you see the visual change on your client. This means:

• You can't trick server players into thinking you're on hardcore
• The pack is purely for your own visual experience
• It works on any server difficulty without conflicts

Compatibility

The pack doesn't affect gameplay mechanics, PvP, or server rules. It's safe to use on any server that allows resource packs. Your actual health and damage work exactly as the server intends—only the appearance changes.
