Understanding Pack Customization

The Fake Hardcore Heart Resource Pack is a simple visual mod that replaces heart textures. It doesn't include built-in customization options, but you can modify it if you're comfortable editing resource pack files.

Basic Modifications

If you want to adjust the pack:

1. Locate the resource pack folder in your .minecraft/resourcepacks/ directory

2. Open the pack and navigate to the textures folder

3. Find the hearts texture file (typically in textures/gui/)

4. You can replace or edit the hardcore heart image with your own texture

5. Save changes and reload your game

Revert to Default

If your edits don't look right:

• Delete the modified pack and reinstall the original
• Or simply deactivate the pack and reactivate it

Limitations

This pack only changes heart visuals. You cannot modify:

• Health values or damage amounts
• Difficulty settings
• Other UI elements

For extensive customization, consider creating your own resource pack or combining this with other visual packs.
