Apply Clean Textures to Snowy Terrain

Snowy Block Coverage

Snow-covered grass blocks and snowy terrain present a unique challenge: the white snow layer on top meets the grass sides awkwardly. This pack adjusts those side borders to blend smoothly with snowy landscapes.

Affected Snowy Blocks

The pack modifies:

• Snowy grass blocks (grass with snow on top)
• Snow layers on hillsides
• Snowy dirt paths
• Terrain in cold biomes (taiga, snowy plains, snowy slopes)

Seeing the Difference

1. Visit a snowy biome or create a snowy mountain

2. Build or find steep snowy terrain

3. Observe the side textures—they now transition cleanly from white to the underlying block color

4. Compare with unmodded terrain to see how the seams are less jarring

This is especially effective in mountain biomes with spruce forests, where clean snowy peaks look more natural and polished.
