Using Puller Pipes to Move Items Out of Containers

What Puller Pipes Do

A puller pipe extracts from the inventory it is attached to and pushes the contents along the connected pipe run. The tier decides how much it can move: Iron Puller Pipe, Gold Puller Pipe, Diamond Puller Pipe, Ender Puller Pipe, and Netherite Puller Pipe, in ascending order of capability.

Setting Up Extraction

1. Place the container you want to empty.

2. Attach the puller pipe directly against the container face you want to pull from.

3. Continue the line with Pipe or Rigid Pipe toward the destination container.

4. Confirm the connection with the Pipe Probe before loading the source with items.

Start with an Iron Puller Pipe while testing. Once the route is proven, upgrade the puller to Gold Puller Pipe, Diamond Puller Pipe, Ender Puller Pipe, or Netherite Puller Pipe if you need faster or longer-distance transfer. The higher tiers are the ones to craft when a single iron puller cannot keep up with a busy farm or furnace array.

Routing Into Storage

Terminate the run at the receiving container so the last pipe touches it. If items stall, check that every pipe block between the puller and the destination is actually connected — a single unlinked Pipe stops the whole line. Use the Pipe Probe on each segment to find the break.
