Using the Mana Charger, Mana Lens and Mana Reader

Charging and Reading Mana

The Mana Charger is a block that stores and transfers mana. Place it next to your mana generation setup and route mana into it. Use the Mana Reader to check how much mana is stored in the Charger or in nearby mana-bearing blocks.

Hold the Mana Reader and right-click the Mana Charger to read its current mana. Use this to confirm your generation is actually feeding the Charger before you connect it to a consumer.

Lenses and Manalink

The Mana Lens is the base lens item. Variants include Potion Lens, Push Lens and Smelt Lens. Each lens changes what a mana burst does when fired through a Mana Spreader. Craft the base Mana Lens first, then craft the specific variant you need.

Use Floating Manalink to move mana between pools without running spreaders across the ground. Place Floating Manalink between your generation and your Mana Charger to bridge the gap. Smelt Lens turns mana bursts into smelting, Potion Lens applies potion effects, and Push Lens knocks entities back.

Combine Mana Charger, Mana Reader and Floating Manalink into one loop: generate mana, read it with the Mana Reader, store it in the Mana Charger, and pipe it onward with Floating Manalink. Swap lenses on your spreader depending on the task.
