Making the Advanced Storage Housing and Advanced Machine Casing

Why these two matter

Almost every disk in this mod routes through the Advanced Storage Housing. The Advanced Machine Casing is the other core component you will craft repeatedly. Stock both before you start producing parts, because running out mid-batch wastes time.

Craft the housing

Produce Advanced Storage Housing in a crafting grid. It is the single component that turns any Storage Part or Fluid Storage Part into a finished disk. Because every tier uses one housing per disk, craft them in bulk — one per disk you intend to make.

Craft the casing

Produce Advanced Machine Casing the same way, in a crafting grid. It feeds into the higher-tier crafting chains, including the processor line. Keep a chest of casings near your crafting station.

Workflow

1. Craft a batch of Advanced Machine Casing.

2. Craft a batch of Advanced Storage Housing.

3. Produce the Storage Part or Fluid Storage Part for the tier you want.

4. Combine part plus housing into the disk.

This order keeps you from crafting parts you cannot immediately assemble. Scale the batch sizes to match how many disks of each tier you actually need.
